Russia sells 2,160 tns of grain from state fund at NAMEX on Thu
MOSCOW, Jul 25 (PRIME) -- The Russian government sold 2,160 tonnes of grain from the state intervention fund on the National Mercantile Exchange (NAMEX) to raise 23.976 million rubles on Thursday, as seen by PRIME in the materials of the exchange.
The fund has sold 1.288 million tonnes of grain raising 13.460 billion rubles since October 23, 2018. The next trading session will be held on Friday.
In October 2018, the government ordered that 1.5 million tonnes from the fund be sold in 2018–2019.
